CARAMEL APPLE

18 soft candy (taffy) KRAFT Caramels
2 teaspoons water
2 apples, sliced
1 cup miniature marshmallows Miniature Marshmallows JET-PUFFED
1/4 cup peanuts (groundnuts) PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
2 OREO Cookies, crushed (about 2 tbsp.)

HEAT caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, toss every 30 seconds. (The caramel sauce is hot.)
ARRANGE apples on a plate, slightly overlapping the slices.
POUR caramel sauce in a measuring cup, sprinkle over apples. Top with remaining ingredients.

1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs Graham Cracker Crumbs HONEY MAID
1 cup sugar, divided
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
6 bananas (bananas), divided
2 packages (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
2 cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 cup pecans (walnuts) chopped PLANTERS Pecans

MIX graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter, press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Freeze it for 10 min.
BEAT cream cheese and remaining sugar with a whisk. Spread the mixture carefully over crust; cover with pineapple. Slice 4 bananas; accommodates over the pineapple slices.
Beat with wire whisk pudding mix and milk in medium bowl for 2 min. Gently Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP; Spread over banana layer in pan. Top with remaining COOL WHIP. Refrigerate the pudding for 5 hours. Slice remaining bananas just before serving and arrange them on the dessert. Sprinkle with walnuts.
